How RON Works

How RON Works RON's web conferencing platform enables signer and notary to participate in a live audio-video session instead of the traditional requirement that both parties meet face-to-face during a notarization ceremony. As soon as they connect to the RON platform, both senders and signers will undergo identity proofing tools such as photo uploads of government ID and knowledge based authentication questions verified against third-party databases. Once their identities have been confirmed, the notary will engage in a live, virtual session with signer(s) to complete state law notarization requirements, including taking pictures of documents/sets of documents for notarization; recording an electronic journal entry; digitally stamping and tamper-sealing completed documents. RON is quickly being adopted across industries to make business transactions more efficient, secure and cost effective. From real estate agencies and title services to financial services firms and life insurers - professionals across industries are discovering its power of electronic signature technology
